I have been carrying out this  work for a number of years now and the property owners are happy for me to continue with it into the future.

I work as the Company Secretary for the Property Management Company dealing with the this small development of 5 residential properties set within common grounds.  The Directors of the company are the property owners.

I effectively run the company preparing yearly budgets, dealing with service providers like gardeners, managing the companies funds, preparing annual accounts, submitting annual returns to companies house and dealing with any other matters as they arise.

All significant decisions are referred to the other directors for agreement before being actioned.

Using me to do this work rather than a large management company means that the property owners each save a considerable sum of money and they know exactly who they are dealing with.
